Because we send tax invoices in arrears (ie. after your advert has been published, not before) the question of refunds almost never arises - any issues are usually resolved before you make a payment.

However, if your advert does not appear as promised, or if there is a problem of some kind, please let us know. We will do our best to fix the problem, no matter who caused it. Any requests for refund will be considered on merit.
